Happy Thanksgiving

It looks like aunt Bonny has a lot to give thanks for this Thanksgiving - like talent for cake decorating and possibly for all the time she must have on her hands. Oh and of course she must give thanks for starting her transition to becoming our mother. Mom only cooks things that she finds in magazines with nice pictures. For example, last week we all went to Mom's for dinner where we were served boneless chicken thighs mixed on a platter with edamame, two different colors of green beans, and blue cheese. It was actually pretty good, but of course she made it because she found a picture she liked in a magazine. So aunt Bonny has followed in that same tradition - she found a picture of a nice Turkey cake in Ladies Home Journal (or some similar publication) and now here it is. Seriously though, it looks great, and I wish I were there to try it. She is at the farm with Mom and Jimmy, and we are in Jackson. She emailed me the pictures this morning and I thought it was the perfect way to say Happy Thanksgiving!
